My goal for this past weekend was to master a cartwheel on the SUP and I am proud to say I DID IT! I acquired a war wound from a few of the attempts I made but in the end, I figured it out and achieved my goal! I also spent a lot of time doing countless handstands and headstands and paddled around on the Shuswap! I love SUP it is beyond fun!
